  • no more than £32,000 in household savings or financial assets

Exceptions

  • need to move because you are fostering a Camden child, or you need to provide or receive care
  • have a council tenancy elsewhere, but need to move for employment

If you have rent arrears you can still apply if you are:

  • keeping to an agreement to reduce arrears
  • moving to a more affordable or smaller home and may qualify for a payment which would reduce your arrears
