There is an additional admin fee of £35 inc VAT for any applications which carry a statutory fee and which you submit directly to us by email or post.
How do I pay the fee?

By credit/debit card. Secure online payment with the national planning portal. Do this when you submit your application -
By phone: call 020 7974 4444 -
By BACS transfer to:
Use this reference:
'Planning' followed by your application reference number.
Use the format YEAR/####/NEW, or portal reference number, in the format PP-0###.
